3. Account Management

Each Member is fully responsible for the security of their account. Please keep the following in mind:

• The mobile banking or bank account used for deposits must be registered in the Member's own name.
• Deposits or withdrawals using a third-party account are prohibited.
• After a deposit, credits are generally added to the account within a few minutes.

Withdrawal Terms

• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• If an active bonus is present, withdrawals may be restricted until wagering is complete.
• If fraud is suspected or verification is required, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify for the bonus.

• Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Example: A deposit of ৳14,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

Wagering Requirements

To make the welcome bonus withdrawable, wagering of 15 times the bonus amount must be completed. For example, a ৳1,200 bonus requires a total of ৳18,000 in bets.

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer may be claimed only once.
• Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly — they are usable for playing games only.

• Account verification must be completed to receive bonus benefits.
• bvo365 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games on bvo365 are operated in a fair and impartial manner. The outcome of each game is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).

• If a connection is lost during a game, the last recorded result will be considered final.
• If a technical error occurs in any game, the relevant round may be cancelled and the wagered amount will be refunded.

• In live casino games, the dealer's or croupier's decision is final.

Sports Betting Special Rules

• If a match or event is cancelled, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• Bets placed before an odds change will be settled at those odds.
